Customer cancellations
If you need to cancel your place, please contact Atelier's Social as soon as possible. Refunds or transfers may depend on the notice period and the type of booking.
Event changes
If Atelier's Social needs to reschedule or cancel an event, affected customers will be contacted and offered an alternative date, transfer or refund where appropriate.
Private bookings
Private event cancellation terms may vary depending on the venue, preparation already completed and agreed booking arrangements.
